The first tower of 8 Campus Place a three tower office complex is now complete. The three interconnected buildings are being built at McKinley Hill Cyberpark in the Philippine capital city, Manila. The buildings are LEED-registered so the main focus in the project has been ensuring that environmental concerns were addressed and that the building is sustainable in the long term.
The first certified “BERDE” project in the Philippines. Chad Oppenheim is selected to design the country’s first green building. Net Lima is just one of the three towers that are under construction at the Net Metropolis. The building features a facade that serves as sunshade and glass curtain that minimizes solar heat gain.

Net Square has total of 22 floors and has an area size of 18,700 sqm. It is located in Fort Bonifacio Global City and is the second building of the premier office developer in the city. Waterproofing rectification works at the penthouse areas of the Net Square. We applied the product PU 55 Sealer in highly critical executive office area.
